COVID-19 UPDATE
QR Code Sign-in &
Density Limits
May 2021

Dear Seal Families,

I am sure you will all agree it has been great to get back into a normal routine after last year.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone’s support since reopening, and we look forward to providing an important service to you and your little ones.

Some may already be aware that as of 28th May 2021 it is mandatory for all Victorian businesses to have Electronic QR Code sign-in to be able to operate and remain open.

You will see that we have placed a QR Code on the front wall near the hand sanitiser inside the front gate, on the front door and throughout the pool area.

Everyone who will be at the centre for more than 15 minutes needs to sign in.

Depending on what type of phone you have you may need to download the Service Victoria App, but it seems if you have an iPhone, you do not need to download the app if you prefer not to.

When you sign in for the first time you can save your details for faster check in for the future.

One extra benefit of following this Government and Worksafe requirement is it allows us to continue to operate, but also it will allow us to increase the amount of people allowed in our centre at any one time.

This means we can now allow 2 parents/carers per family into the pool area.

To help us stay within our density limit we still ask that you only arrive 5 minutes before your class starts and please do not exceed the 2 parents/carers per family limit.

Please come dressed ready for your lesson when possible do note, to free up the change rooms for those coming out of the pool.

Please do not leave your bags on the chairs/floor, instead use the hooks above the chairs so others can use the chairs while you are in the pool.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask or submit an enquiry via our website:

A BIG thanks in advance for your co-operation with the above and ongoing support!
