TERM 1 2021

 

Term 1 2021 will start on Monday

1st February 2021 and finish on

Saturday 24th April 2021

 

Deposits of $60 per child are now due for anyone continuing lessons for Term 1 2021.

 

NO SPOT will be held without a $60 deposit per child, being paid by Saturday 19th December 2020

 

You can start making payments now using the method described below. You can choose to pay your $60 deposits OR the full amount.

Once you’ve paid your $60 deposit you may choose to make multiple payments prior to the start of Term 1, so that all your fees are paid in full by FRIDAY 5th FEBRUARY so you only pay the discount rate.

 

To pay via your internet banking follow these steps:

 

1. Login to your internet banking account

2. Select Pay Anyone

3. Select pay by EMAIL

4. Enter: pay@sealswim.com.au
(Garrett Family Holdings trading as Seal Swim School will appear)

5. Enter amount you are paying

6. Enter your child’s name/s in the reference field (you will get a receipt from your bank)

Once your payment has come through, we will process through your file on our computer system.

This will be a 12 week term, however because we close for Australian and Victorian public holidays, fees will vary depending what day you end up swimming on as shown below:

DISCOUNT FEES $18.50 PER/LESSON

(IF PAID IN FULL BY FRIDAY 5TH FEBRUARY 2021)

Mondays: 10 weeks $185

Wednesday: 12 weeks $222

Friday: 11 weeks – $203.50

Saturday: 11 Weeks – $203.50

PAY OFF FEES $20.00 PER/LESSON

REMEMBER once you have paid your deposit you need to minus $60 off the above prices.

 

TIME CHANGE REQUESTS & SIBLING ENROLMENTS

We are currently working on organising our classes for next year. There are several hundred kids needing new times as well as new siblings needing spots.

This is a MASSIVE job so will take some time, so I appreciate your patience as we work to accommodate everyone’s needs and circumstances.

If you are not notified of your new time before the term ends, please do not panic, we will contact you early January to confirm your time.

Please make sure you still pay your deposits of $60 per child – If we are unable to get you a suitable day and time for your family’s lessons this is FULLY REFUNDABLE

Deposits tell us that you want to enrol for Term 1 provided you get the day and time you need and that we are not holding a spot that could be offered to another family.

 

TUESDAY AM & PM – CLOSING

For those currently booked in on Tuesdays that are returning next year, please make sure you have submitted your time change request via the website so you can have the best chance of getting your new day and time for next year.
