REOPENING UPDATE
– Monday 25th October 2021

 

Hi Everyone,

I hope all our families are well and looking forward once again to some normality.

Despite restrictions easing, the strict capacity limits for indoor centres means we are not able to re-open until Monday 25th of October.

 

TIME CHANGES

So we don’t have to delay our reopening, we will not be reshuffling our classes for the remainder of this year. The class day/time you had prior to the lockdown will be your class for the remainder of the year.

Please ONLY submit a Time Change request, if keeping your current time would mean you would have to pull out of lessons.

Normally we would have at least 300 requests for new days/times, but we just can’t accommodate that this term and be ready to open as soon as we get the go ahead.

 

SIBLING TO ENROL

If you have a sibling you would like to enrol once we reopen, please submit a Sibling Enrolment form via our website ASAP.

 

YOU WANT TO PULL OUT OF LESSONS

If you have changed your mind about returning once we reopen, please submit a Refund Request via our website ASAP, so we don’t have to charge you a 2 week fee per child for holding your spot right up until we reopen.

 

REMAINING LESSONS FOR 2021

When we reopen, classes will run non-stop through to Saturday 18th December.

For all those that are returning, just a reminder that you have NOT been charged or given makeups for the missed lessons, due to the Victorian Lockdown.

Once we have a re-opening date, the term dates will be adjusted in our system and any credits will automatically be applied to future lessons.

Anyone who was enrolled prior to the Victorian lockdown between Wednesday 11th – Saturday 21st August has an additional 2 lessons on their account.

When we have a start date, we know how many weeks remain for the rest of the year and we will let everyone know what their family balance is after credits have been applied. You will have 1 week from when we reopen to pay remaining fees.
