What Happens Now

If you are a New Customer and have:

 

  • Requested an Immediate Lesson Start

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable a lesson time.

 

  • Requested a Future Term Start

We will add you to our Future Term Waiting List and contact you prior to the beginning of that Term to arrange a suitable lesson time.  

 

If you are an Existing Customer and have:

 

  • Cancelled a Lesson

We will record the cancellation in your student attendance records. This will qualify you for a Make-Up lesson at a later stage. We will not contact you at this time.

 

  • Requested a Make-Up Lesson

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable Make-Up lesson time.

 

  • Requested a Permanent Time Change

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new suitable Permanent Lesson time.

 

  • Requested a Refund

Please allow up to 5 days for the Refund to appear in your bank account.
